According to the Customs, from January to July 2022, China’s import and export value of agricultural products amounted to 191.22 billion USD, up by 10.9% y/y. Among that, the export value was 55.74 billion USD, up by 23.7%. The import value was 135.48 billion USD, up by 6.4%. Trade deficit reached 79.73 billion USD, down by 3.1%.

 

In July 2022, China’s import and export value of agricultural products amounted to 29.55 billion USD, up by 13.9% y/y. Among that, the export value was 8.61 billion USD, up by 29%. The import value was 20.94 billion USD, up by 8.7%. Trade deficit reached 12.33 billion USD, down by 2%.
